One Integrated Platform. Four Revenue Pillars.

Emergent Energy controls more of the energy value chain than any single-asset operator. Our four business lines are not independent bets. They are engineered to work together.

Honest framing: Oil & Gas is currently producing. Power Generation, Energy Storage, and EV Charging are in active development. No pilots or charging sites are yet commissioned. Language on each page reflects current stage accurately.

Designed to Work Together

Our upstream oil and gas platform produces the fuel that feeds our generation fleet. Our generation fleet powers our microgrids and, where feasible, our EV charging network. Our storage and dispatch platform manages the flow of energy through this system with precision. The result is a model with structural cost and reliability advantages that compound over time as each layer of the platform matures.

Oil & Gas Production

Currently Producing

The oil and gas operation in Illinois currently produces approximately 200 barrels per day. This producing base provides the cash flow foundation for the broader development platform. The business model centers on optimizing existing production and executing a disciplined expansion roadmap.

  • ~200 Bbl/d current rate, Illinois Basin
  • Operated assets with established infrastructure
  • Expansion roadmap targeting additional development

Power Generation & Microgrids

In Development

Four 1MW microgrid pilots are in active development across Illinois, California, Kansas, and Colorado. Each pilot is designed to serve commercial or industrial host sites through a power purchase agreement model, with battery storage integrated for dispatch optimization.

  • 4 planned 1MW pilots across 4 states
  • PPA and capacity contract revenue model
  • Targeting commercial and industrial host sites

Energy Storage & Dispatch

In Development

The storage platform is designed to pair with each microgrid deployment, enabling intelligent dispatch, demand charge management, and ancillary services participation. A digital execution layer unifies ownership, process, compliance, and identity across every storage asset.

  • Battery-backed systems integrated with microgrids
  • Tokenized asset records for auditable performance data
  • Ancillary services and arbitrage revenue streams

EV Charging Infrastructure

In Development

Phase 1 encompasses 16 EV charging sites across Colorado, California, and Washington. Sites are in development. None are yet operational. The strategy targets commercial properties in high-demand corridors, with a revenue-sharing model for site hosts and session fee revenue for Emergent.

  • 16 Phase 1 sites: CO, CA, WA
  • Commercial property host partnerships
  • Session fee and revenue-sharing model
